Real Estate Experience

I have been involved in the real estate industry since 1986 when I began my career as a residential and commercial property manager in New York City. During that period I managed coops and condominiums consisting of hundreds of units.

Several years later I became involved in the acquisition of land for the wireless cellular industry and acquired properties for such clients as Sprint, Nextel, AT&T, T-Mobile and several other local, regional and national wireless carriers.

I have worked real estate acquisitions nationally in cities that included New York, Chicago, Seattle, Vancouver, Austin, TX, San Antonio, and throughout Oklahoma.

I have held real estate licenses in Texas, Montana, and currently a Broker License in Oklahoma.

A Little Bit Personal

I’m married to a wonderful woman, Tammy who also happens to do all the heavy lifting around here (financial, office management etc), we have 4 wonderful kids. I was born in Puerto Rico and raised in Brooklyn and now call Kingfisher, OK and the Central Oklahoma area my home.

I love flyfishing, play guitar and hope someday to go cross-country on a Harley Davidson with my wife. Big fan of college football (Hook’Em Horns) and the Oklahoma City Thunder.
