Please know we do not just hire anyone who happens to have a real estate license. We only want agents that are great at what they do and share our belief in providing spectacular customer service. You also have to be a fit for the rest of our team. We work closely in a fun and productive environment and want to make sure it stays that way.
What is Ray Roman Realty?
We are an independent real estate firm: We serve the Great Oklahoma City area and Central Oklahoma. We are owned and operated by Ray Roman and have been in business since May 2010. The company started during the down-swing in real estate and has managed to survive and now is poised to become a dominant player in the region.
Do you have a fancy office? We have no physical office space as we are a virtual real estate company. We expect our agents to work from home or in small “rented space” close to the communities they service. Normally when our agents meet a seller they meet at the seller’s property or when meeting a buyer they meet at the home the buyer is interested in purchasing. Fancy offices amount to expensive rent and we’re not in the business of making money by charging desk fees, phone fees, this and that fee. We are in the business of buying and selling houses for our clients. If you’re looking for fancy offices and all the trapping associated with that; we are not for you.
Leverage the power of technology: Our agents are very good at email, CRM systems, email, blogging, social media etc. We embrace technology to help us better service our clients and rise above the competition. If this is not your strength that’s alright, we can teach you all there is to know. However what we don’t teach is being a good person and a good and ethical real estate agent. If you don’t have that we don’t want you as part of your team.
Fun, productive environment: We are strong believers in having a good time. When you think about it you spend most of your day working. If working isn’t fun then you’re not going to be productive and your clients are going to suffer. We think our working environment and allowing agents to work from home or close to family goes a long way to making real estate enjoyable. We do expect everyone to work together and be professional. We encourage cooperation with each other and always look for way to help each other grow professionally.
