As first time home buyers, my husband and I didn’t really know what to expect. We were nervous, confused, and wondering if we were getting totally over our heads. Though we thought we had an idea of what we wanted in our “dream house”, we quickly realized it was harder than we thought to look at houses! Thankfully, our Realtor Katie Grellner was more than cooperative with us and just kept taking us from house to house.
After weeks of looking, we found the house that we REALLY wanted! We knew that it was “the house” we just had to figure out all of the details. Katie and the mortgage company worked together to get all of the information that they needed from us and everything went very smoothly.
